By Lori , Pewamo, Michigan USAI was very scared to get pregnant again. I was assured by a new high-risk OB that I could carry my next one as long or longer knowing I had a history /risk of PROM. I made it to my 34th week with Bailey. We knew from an US that she was going to be a girl. I went on disability from work at 22 weeks but still did a little work at home which I now regret. I progressed well on limited activity. I was never on bed rest but just had to take it easy. My membranes ruptured at 34 weeks and I delivered her 4 hours later. She was born in a frank breech position. I delivered her vaginally without medication. Bailey weighed 5 pounds. She stayed in the NICU for 6 days due to elevated bilirubin levels (jaundice). She is now 4 years old.
