I found the kanalen website so much comfort and help when my waters broke. My waters broke on twin 1 with a gush at 20 weeks and three days (although at the time I thought I was 20+1). I had no contractions until 15 days later and Twin 1 (Izzy) was born at 22w4d. She lived just 30 mins and weighed just 1lb1oz. My cervix closed and after being transferred to another hospital, her younger sister Molly was born 8 days later at 23w5d weighing 1lb4oz.
