We had just moved from Texas to New York. I had only met my new OB once.

I was 35 weeks 4 days, and thought I had another month to worry about birthing classes and other stuff. I was wrong. I went to the bathroom, and when I stood up, there was a slight trickle down my leg. I jumped in the bath tub and yelled for my husband.

He called L&D, I put on a pad, and we rushed to the hospital.

They verified that it was my water leaking, and I would be having this baby. (The doctors went by the 28 day wheel, when I had 36 day cycles. So they thought I was a little over a week ahead of where I actually was.)

My son was born almost 24 hours later, healthy and happy. He was 5 lbs 10 oz, and he was released with me 2 days later with no problems. He is now a happy and healthy 6 year old.
