PROM at 17 weeks + 5 days. Delivery at 32 weeks + 6 days.

I had prom at 17 weeks 5 days. I was advised to terminate my pregnancy. I had less than 5. most of the time sometimes down to not even 1. i was home on bed rest untill 32 weeks 6 days. i went in for my by weekly nst on monday march 30th2009. my baby (tori) was non responsive. they admited my for constant monitoring. Her heart rate started to dip so they desided it was time to take her c section. she was born on march 30th 2009 at 5;19 pm. she is now in the nicu and doing much better than any of my doctors thought she would. she is on a ventolator,but shes hanging in there. She is my third child my oldest is 9 and my middel is 7. they were both normal average pregnancys. It was very hard after my rupture hearing nothing positive from that point on,at leaste from the doctors stand point. but i could not bring myself to terminate at 20 weeks when they sugested it. i searched every where looking for some hope. i found this web site and it gave me some hope. i know every situation is different. and i still dont know that Tori is going to be ok. i pray she does well. If anyone who is having this situation i hope my story can give you some hope,just like someone who put there story on here gave me some hope. Yes i do cry when i read the stories good or bad but it helps me to cope knowing im not alone. if anyone wants to email me even if you just need to vent feel free. i would love to share my story in its entierty,and talk to someone who is going through the same thing.
