I wanted the chance to write my story as an encouragement to others whom lost a baby to pProm.

First the sad part, I experienced pPROM during my first pregnancy. I ruptured at 17 weeks, I went on bed rest and was in the hospital for 3 months. I delivered Jonas by emergency c-section at 34 weeks.. a day before my scheduled delivery. Unfortunately his lungs were not totally developed and he passed after two days. While I understand this story seems discouraging, we did have a happy ending.
