PROM at 15 weeks + 5 days. Delivery at 16 weeks.

I had PROM at 15 weeks last week. 2 days before I had a gush of blood and then a little spotting. It stopped . So I went to the doctor and he sent me for an ultrasound two days later. Well, the night before my ultrasound; my water broke. I went to the bathroom and felt a gush of fluid. I knew what it was from a previous pregnancy loss at 15 weeks. When I had the ultrasound the next day; they would'nt let me see the baby. I heard the heartbeat which was fine. But they would'nt let me see the baby. I was so upset and worried.After the ultrasound;At 16 My Doctor called me in to discuss the results. My amniotic fluid was very low, the baby's head was deformed (elongated and thin), they couldn't find it's bladder and they found a tumor in it's pelvis. He said I would have to terminate the pregnancy and there was no way to save the baby. It would'nt survive after birth. My husband and I are heartbroken. The doctor is going to send us to a genetic specialist. I also have placenta previa. Next Tuesday; I'm going to see my obstetrician.
I hope someday I will be able to have a healthy, happy baby.
