My last menstal period was 11-16-2000 when I was 21 weeks into my pregnancy I started having contractions and pink mucus my doctor gave me a medecine (Brethine 2.5MG)and send me home I kept having contractions of and on then finally on April 20,2001 at around 2:00am. in the morning my membrane rupture I decided to wheit until 9:00am to go to the doctors office insted of going to the emergency room, at 9:00 I whent to my doctors office I explaine to him that my water had broken he did a test with a yellow tape and the tape turned blue he said that he was not sure that it was my water since I had a lot of pink mucus and that could of made the tape turnd blue he then did a vaginal exam and gave me an antibiotic (Amoxicillin500MG)And told me to get an appointment for Monday this was on a Friday on that day at around 10:00pm I had a fever of 102.7 so my husband took me to the emergency room there they gave me the test with the tape and it turned blue again,they also did a ultrasound and could not find any amniotic fluid the next morning at around 8 in the morning my Doctor came into my room and told me that I had an infection and that they had to do a c- section,He also said that the baby was probably going to die because I was only 22weeks into my pregnancy so he did a c-section on me by the time I came out of the recovery room my baby was dead.
