My water broke last week. We rushed to the hospital and the
doctor did an ultrasound and said there was very little fluid around the baby. Meanwhile his heart was beating fine. She said we could either wait for him to come out since I would probably go into labor within the week, but if we did that I'd be risking severe infection. Or we could chose to induce. We initially wanted to wait, but the docs made it seem as if there was no hope. So we induced the next day. I just found this site tonight and it breaks my heart when I read all the stories of women who chose to hold onto their babies and they delivered.

I wish I could turn back the clock because I would've tried to hold onto him. There is nothing I can do now, but I feel awful. I'm scared too that this will happen again.
