My name is Mary and I believe that God
will repay me even though my baby did
not live. This was my first birth. At
21 weeks and 2 days my water broke. I
made the doctors take me in at the
hospital because they did not believe
that my water broke. They then told me
my baby was going to be born that night
and would die. The next morning a
specialist came in and they transfered
me to their hospital and kept me on bed
rest. At week 22 and 5 days, I had my
baby and held it in my arms while the
baby's heart beat stopped and I and my
family held it for 6 more hours after
that until I finally let it go. I still
believe in God though and I believe that
he will make what was bad for me, into
something good. These scriputure verses
are for me and for all the mothers who
have lost out there due to PROM or
otherwise. God will restore to you, be
strong, stay faithful in him and God
will come through for you. PS. Today
is my baby's funeral, but I will stay
strong and faithful in the Lord our God
and in Jesus our Lord and saviour...
God has great plans for your life…
Jer. 29:11-14
11 For I know the plans I have for you,"
declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you
and not to harm you, plans to give you
hope and a future. 12 Then you will call
upon me and come and pray to me, and I
will listen to you. 13 You will seek me
and find me when you seek me with all
your heart. 14 I will be found by you,"
declares the LORD, "and will bring you
back from captivity.
Now, you morn and are hungry, but you
will be good and satisfied later…
Luke 6:21
1 Blessed are you who hunger now,
for you will be satisfied.
Blessed are you who weep now,
for you will laugh.
The story of Job…
Job was a good man, God let Satan do
things in Job’s life to test Job, Job
stayed with God, God paid Job back
double and Job had a good and full
filling life after that time…
Job 1:1-3
1:1 In the land of Uz there lived a man
whose name was Job. This man was
blameless and upright; he feared God and
shunned evil. 2 He had seven sons and
three daughters, 3 and he owned seven
thousand sheep, three thousand camels,
five hundred yoke of oxen and five
hundred donkeys, and had a large number
of servants. He was the greatest man
among all the people of the East.
Job 1:8
8 Then the LORD said to Satan, "Have you
considered my servant Job? There is no
one on earth like him; he is blameless
and upright, a man who fears God and
shuns evil."
Job 1:9-11
9 "Does Job fear God for nothing?" Satan
replied. 10 "Have you not put a hedge
around him and his household and
everything he has? You have blessed the
work of his hands, so that his flocks
and herds are spread throughout the
land. 11 But stretch out your hand and
strike everything he has, and he will
surely curse you to your face."
Job 1:12-2:1
12 The LORD said to Satan, "Very well,
then, everything he has is in your
hands, but on the man himself do not lay
a finger." hen Satan went out from the
presence of the LORD. 13 One day when
Job's sons and daughters were feasting
and drinking wine at the oldest
brother's house, 14 a messenger came to
Job and said, "The oxen were plowing and
the donkeys were grazing nearby, 15 and
the Sabeans attacked and carried them
off. They put the servants to the sword,
and I am the only one who has escaped to
tell you!" 16 While he was still
speaking, another messenger came and
said, "The fire of God fell from the sky
and burned up the sheep and the
servants, and I am the only one who has
escaped to tell you!" 17 While he was
still speaking, another messenger came
and said, "The Chaldeans formed three
raiding parties and swept down on your
camels and carried them off. They put
the servants to the sword, and I am the
only one who has escaped to tell you!"
18 While he was still speaking, yet
another messenger came and said, "Your
sons and daughters were feasting and
drinking wine at the oldest brother's
house, 19 when suddenly a mighty wind
swept in from the desert and struck the
four corners of the house. It collapsed
on them and they are dead, and I am the
only one who has escaped to tell you!"
20 At this, Job got up and tore his robe
and shaved his head. Then he fell to the
ground in worship 21 and said: "Naked I
came from my mother's womb, and naked I
will depart. The LORD gave and the LORD
has taken away; may the name of the LORD
be praised." 22 In all this, Job did
not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.
Job 2:3-10
3 Then the LORD said to Satan, "Have you
considered my servant Job? There is no
one on earth like him; he is blameless
and upright, a man who fears God and
shuns evil. And he still maintains his
integrity, though you incited me against
him to ruin him without any reason." 4
"Skin for skin!" Satan replied. "A man
will give all he has for his own life. 5
But stretch out your hand and strike his
flesh and bones, and he will surely
curse you to your face." 6 The LORD
said to Satan, "Very well, then, he is
in your hands; but you must spare his
life." 7 So Satan went out from the
presence of the LORD and afflicted Job
with painful sores from the soles of his
feet to the top of his head. 8 Then Job
took a piece of broken pottery and
scraped himself with it as he sat among
the ashes. 9 His wife said to him, "Are
you still holding on to your integrity?
Curse God and die!" 10 He replied, "You
are talking like a foolish woman. Shall
we accept good from God, and not
trouble?" In all this, Job did not sin
in what he said.
Job 42:1-8
2:1 Then Job replied to the LORD: 2 "I
know that you can do all things; no plan
of yours can be thwarted. 3[You asked,]
'Who is this that obscures my counsel
without knowledge?' Surely I spoke of
things I did not understand, things too
wonderful for me to know.
4["You said,] 'Listen now, and I will
speak; I will question you, and you
shall answer me.' 5 My ears had heard
of you but now my eyes have seen you. 6
Therefore I despise myself and repent in
dust and ashes."
7 After the LORD had said these things
to Job, he said to Eliphaz the Temanite,
"I am angry with you and your two
friends, because you have not spoken of
me what is right, as my servant Job has.
8 So now take seven bulls and seven rams
and go to my servant Job and sacrifice a
burnt offering for yourselves. My
servant Job will pray for you, and I
will accept his prayer and not deal with
you according to your folly. You have
not spoken of me what is right, as my
servant Job has."
Job 42:10-17
10 After Job had prayed for his friends,
the LORD made him prosperous again and
gave him twice as much as he had before.
11 All his brothers and sisters and
everyone who had known him before came
and ate with him in his house. They
comforted and consoled him over all the
trouble the LORD had brought upon him,
and each one gave him a piece of silver
and a gold ring. 12 The LORD blessed
the latter part of Job's life more than
the first. He had fourteen thousand
sheep, six thousand camels, a thousand
yoke of oxen and a thousand donkeys. 13
And he also had seven sons and three
daughters.
16 After this, Job lived a hundred and
forty years; he saw his children and
their children to the fourth generation.
17 And so he died, old and full of
years.
You are suffering now, but keep your
faith in God, God will restore to you
and make you strong…
1 Peter 5:8-11
8 Be self-controlled and alert. Your
enemy the devil prowls around like a
roaring lion looking for someone to
devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in
the faith, because you know that your
brothers throughout the world are
undergoing the same kind of sufferings.
10 And the God of all grace, who called
you to his eternal glory in Christ,
after you have suffered a little while,
will himself restore you and make you
strong, firm and steadfast. 11 To him be
the power for ever and ever. Amen.
Satan will test you and make you suffer,
but God will crown you with life..
Rev 2:10
10 Do not be afraid of what you are
about to suffer. I tell you, the devil
will put some of you in prison to test
you, and you will suffer persecution for
ten days. Be faithful, even to the point
of death, and I will give you the crown
of life.
The mircale birth of “John the Baptist“…
Luke 1:5-7
6 Both of them were upright in the
sight of God, observing all the Lord's
commandments and regulations
blamelessly. 7 But they had no children,
because Elizabeth was barren; and they
were both well along in years.
Luke 1:13-14
13 But the angel said to him: "Do not be
afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been
heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you
a son, and you are to give him the name
John.
Luke 1:18
18 Zechariah asked the angel, "How can I
be sure of this? I am an old man and my
wife is well along in years."
Luke 1:19-20
9 The angel answered, "I am Gabriel. I
stand in the presence of God, and I have
been sent to speak to you and to tell
you this good news. 20 And now you will
be silent and not able to speak until
the day this happens, because you did
not believe my words, which will come
true at their proper time."
Luke 1:24-25
24 After this his wife Elizabeth became
pregnant and for five months remained in
seclusion. 25 "The Lord has done this
for me," she said. "In these days he has
shown his favor and taken away my
disgrace among the people."
Luke 1:57-58
57 When it was time for Elizabeth to
have her baby, she gave birth to a son.
58 Her neighbors and relatives heard
that the Lord had shown her great mercy,
and they shared her joy.
Luke 1:59-66
59 On the eighth day they came to
circumcise the child, and they were
going to name him after his father
Zechariah, 60 but his mother spoke up
and said, "No! He is to be called John."
61 They said to her, "There is no one
among your relatives who has that name."
62 Then they made signs to his father,
to find out what he would like to name
the child. 63 He asked for a writing
tablet, and to everyone's astonishment
he wrote, "His name is John." 64
Immediately his mouth was opened and his
tongue was loosed, and he began to
speak, praising God. 65 The neighbors
were all filled with awe, and throughout
the hill country of Judea people were
talking about all these things. 66
Everyone who heard this wondered about
it, asking, "What then is this child
going to be?" For the Lord's hand was
with him.
God will give you rest for your soul, go
to him with your pain…
Matt 11:28-30
28 "Come to me, all you who are weary
and burdened, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from
me, for I am gentle and humble in heart,
and you will find rest for your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is
light."
The Lord will not forsake you…
Ps 9:10
Those who know your name will trust in
you,
for you, LORD, have never forsaken those
who seek you.
Ps 37:28
8 For the LORD loves the just
and will not forsake his faithful ones.
Deut 31:8
8 The LORD himself goes before you and
will be with you; he will never leave
you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid;
do not be discouraged."
Josh 1:4-5
5 No one will be able to stand up
against you all the days of your life.
As I was with Moses, so I will be with
you; I will never leave you nor forsake
you.
Heb 13:4-5
5 Keep your lives free from the love of
money and be content with what you have,
because God has said, "Never will I
leave you; never will I forsake you."
Ps 34:17-19
The righteous cry out, and the LORD
hears them; he delivers them from all
their troubles. 18 The LORD is close to
the brokenhearted and saves those who
are crushed in spirit. 19 A righteous
man may have many troubles,
but the LORD delivers him from them all;
Ps 40:1-5
I waited patiently for the LORD; he
turned to me and heard my cry. 2 He
lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of
the mud and mire; he set my feet on a
rock and gave me a firm place to stand.
3 He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn
of praise to our God. Many will see and
fear and put their trust in the LORD. 4
Blessed is the man who makes the LORD
his trust, who does not look to the
proud, to those who turn aside to false
gods. 5 Many, O LORD my God, are the
wonders you have done. The things you
planned for us no one can recount to
you; were I to speak and tell of them,
they would be too many to declare.
Ps 40:17
7 Yet I am poor and needy; may the Lord
think of me.
You are my help and my deliverer; O my
God, do not delay.
Ps 46:1-3
The Lord is our refuge and strength, an
ever-present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the
earth give way and the mountains fall
into the heart of the sea, 3 though its
waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their
surging.
Ps 147:3-5
3 He heals the brokenhearted and binds
up their wounds. 4 He determines the
number of the stars and calls them each
by name. 5 Great is our Lord and mighty
in power; his understanding has no
limit.
Prov 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Isa 41:10
10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do
not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you; I
will uphold you with my righteous right
hand.
Isa 41:13
For I am the LORD, your God, who takes
hold of your right hand
and says to you, Do not fear; I will
help you.
